Divorce and Ancillary Relief

We will act for you on your divorce or on financial matters relating to your divorce. We will do our best to obtain a positive outcome for you as quickly and economically as possible.

Children

We deal with both public and private law.

We deal with all disputes about children, eg residence, contact, parental responsibility, prohibited steps and specific issue orders.

If it is an emergency, we can get into Court that day.

Advice

Negotiations

Negotiation through us at an early stage can bring you the best possible outcome without the need for a Court hearing.

Domestic Violence

In an emergency we can get a Court Injunction for you for that day. If you wish, we can also get violent people permanently removed and excluded from your household.

Court Hearings

In all emergencies and whenever negotiations are not proceeding to your satisfaction, we will get your case into Court quickly and represent you effectively.
